Dr. Majed A A Sabha born in 1960 had chosen Bengaluru as destination for pursuing higher education. He obtained his Engineering Degree i.e., B.E., in 1984 and M.B.A., in 1986 from Bangalore University. He was conferred with Doctorate Degree by an American University. The nice climatic condition of the city and highly cultured, peace loving citizens of the place had lot of influence on him. He decided to settle down in Bengaluru. The entrepreneurship acumen in him motivated Dr. Sabha to set up Solar Water Heater manufacturing unit. He started marketing the solar water heaters as 'SABHA SOLAR HEATERS.' Within a short span of time this pioneering company in harnessing solar energy in the Karnataka, become very popular and made name of its own in every household.

Dr. Majed A A Sabha visualized need for establishing an Educational Institution for Higher Learning. He established N.M. Academy Trust in 1992 and under its aegis Brindavan College- group of Institutions in 1993. Within a short span of time the college became one of the most sought after colleges in the city of Bengaluru. The excellence in the quality of education has been infused by his vision and commitment in every sphere of Education- be in PUC, Diploma, UG and PG colleges, MBA & MCA, M.Sc., Engineering, M.tech courses and also in Research centre for Microbiology and Research in Engineering. He has provided best of infrastructure in terms of laboratories, library, computer labs, internet facility and canteens, hostels facilities for both boys & girls separately.

It is through his vision and dedication for the cause of education that he could take education at Brindavan to be at its best and earned NAAC accreditation at level 'A'.

Dr.Sabha is serving since 1989 as Principal member if Bureau of Indian standards and he is the recipient of several prestigious awards for his outstanding services and achievements. Some of the awards conferred on him include;
